Laboratory investigation is only a tool to facilitate in
arriving at a final diagnosis and should be clinically correlated by the referring
physician.

It is presumed that the tests performed are, on the
specimen/sample being given by the patient named or identified and the verification
of the particulars have been cleared by the patient or his/her representative at the
point of generation of said specimen. The report results are restricted to the given
specimen only.

the same parameter for the same patient. Assays are performed in accordance with
standard procedures. The reported results are dependent on individual assay
method/equipment used and quality of specimen received.

Test results are dependent on the quality of the specimen
received in the laboratory. (Applicable only for outside sample).

Report delivery may get delayed due to unavoidable
circumstances; myMD shall not be liable for any delay; any such inconvenience is
deeply regretted.

Laboratory may ask for repeat sample to come to a final
result due to insufficient sample, quality of sample or even for any other technical
issues.

In case of HIV test, it is assumed that pre-counselling has
been done by referring doctor and if required he/she will do the post-counselling as
well, on receipt of the report.
